Since the attention our real estate advisors give to the properties they are selling is not proportional to their value, it is only fair that their remuneration is a flat fee rather than a commission.
This fee has been carefully calculated, considering the operational and organizational costs of our real estate negotiation service and the quality we aim to provide in the service offered.
Naturally, the reasonable amount of these negotiation fees benefits both sellers and buyers. It allows the seller to receive a price close to the listed sale price (negotiation fees included) and enables the buyer to limit the total acquisition costs when purchasing.
By guaranteeing a sale price close to the actual value of the property, flat-rate fees also facilitate the alignment of the asking price with the offers and thus enable a smoother and quicker transaction.
Finally, the negotiation fees do not vary according to the sale price of the property, so there are no hidden costs for either the seller or the buyer.
