How to make a share capital deposit ?
Once you have received the deposit certificate, you can now attach it to the application you have to send to the Business start-up centre (CFE) in order to entry your company with the Registry of Companies (RCS).
Once your company has been registered, you will just have to send us a release of funds application form (earlier provided with the deposit certificate), duly completed and signed, accompanied with the “k-bis” extract and the IBAN of the registered company.
Chassaint & Cerclé Notaires will then proceed with the release of funds (after company registration is completed), transferring them to the newly created company’s bank account.
