The certification / notarization of a true copy verifies that the reproduction of a document matches the original document.
A certified / notarized true copy of any type of document (diploma, transcript, identity card, passport, civil status document, minutes, attestation, certificate, etc.) can be made as long as it is an original document.
The certified / notarized true copy can only be issued by a notary. Only the original document can be used for making a certified / notarized true copy.
The certification / notarization of a true copy does not validate the content, validity, and/or effectiveness of the original document, but only attests to the perfect conformity between the original and its certified / notarized copy.
For businesses and professionals who cannot come to our office and/or for transactions requiring one or more certifications / notarizations during business meetings, a notary from our office can travel to carry out the necessary certifications / notarizations.
This service is charged based on the tasks to be completed (Rate upon request – Contac us).
