Share Capital Deposit in France from Ukraine: What Is the Procedure?
Ukrainian entrepreneurs and investors, or persons residing in Ukraine, may set up a French company and deposit its share capital with a French notary.
The service may be used for an SAS, SASU, SARL or EURL and for individual or corporate shareholders.
Documents concerning a Ukrainian corporate shareholder, its representatives and ultimate beneficial owners are reviewed before any transfer. Translation or documentary formalities may be required.
Given the current banking environment and restrictions that may affect certain capital movements, a transfer from Ukraine must be reviewed before funds are sent. The originating account and supporting documents are checked in advance.
The depositary’s certificate can be issued within 24 business hours after receipt of the funds when the file is complete.
After registration, the funds are released to the French company.
