Share Capital Deposit in France from Saudi Arabia: What Is the Procedure?
Entrepreneurs and investors residing in Saudi Arabia, whether Saudi nationals or expatriates, may set up a company in France and deposit its share capital with a French notary.
The service may be used for an SAS, SASU, SARL or EURL and for individual or corporate subscribers.
A Saudi corporate shareholder must provide documents identifying the company, its representatives and ultimate beneficial owners. Translation or documentary formalities may be required.
A transfer from a Saudi bank is reviewed in advance. The originating account, consistency of the payment and, where necessary, source of funds are checked before payment instructions are issued.
The depositary’s certificate can be issued within 24 business hours after receipt of the funds when the file is complete.
After registration, the funds are released to the French company.
