Tokyo au Japon – dépôt de capital social en France

Share Capital Deposit in France from Japan: What Is the Procedure?

Entrepreneurs, shareholders and investors residing in Japan may set up a company in France and deposit its share capital with a French notary.

The service may be used for an SAS, SASU, SARL or EURL and for individual or corporate shareholders.

Where a Japanese company subscribes, its corporate documents, representatives and ultimate beneficial owners must be identified. Translation and formalities for use of Japanese documents in France may be required.

A transfer from a Japanese bank account can be considered after prior review of the file, originating account and, where necessary, source of funds.

The depositary’s certificate can be issued within 24 business hours after receipt of the funds when the file is complete.

After registration, the funds are released to the French company’s bank account.
