
Share Capital Deposit in France from Kuwait: What Is the Procedure?
Entrepreneurs and investors residing in Kuwait, whether Kuwaiti nationals or expatriates, may set up a company in France and deposit its share capital with a French notary.
The service may be used for an SAS, SASU, SARL or EURL and for individual or corporate shareholders.
A Kuwaiti corporate shareholder must provide corporate documents and information identifying its representatives and ultimate beneficial owners. Translation or authentication formalities may be required.
Funds may be transferred from a Kuwaiti bank account after prior review. The originating account and economic source of the funds must be capable of being documented.
The depositary’s certificate can be issued within 24 business hours after receipt of the funds when the file is complete.
After registration, the funds are released to the French company.
