Signature Certification/Notarization

Our notarial certification/notarization service is available to both individuals and professionals for all legal operations for the purpose of producing documents in France and/or abroad.

90
per document / per signature

The signature must be affixed by the signatory in the presence of a notary practicing in France. Signature certification/notarization can be carried out on documents of French or foreign origin. However, documents presented already signed to the notary cannot be certified.

Signature certification/notarization is not a validation of the content of the signed document but only a verification of the authenticity of the signature.

Certifications/Notarizations for professionals

For companies and professionals unable to visit our offices and/or for operations requiring one or more certifications/notarizations during business meetings, a notary from the Office can travel to perform the necessary certifications/notarizations.

This service is billed according to the required diligences (Rate upon request – Contact us).
