Share Capital Deposit in France from Israel: What Is the Procedure?
Entrepreneurs and investors residing in Israel may set up a company in France and deposit its share capital with a French notary.
The service may be used for an SAS, SASU, SARL or EURL and for individual or corporate shareholders.
Where an Israeli company subscribes, documents identifying the company, its representatives and ultimate beneficial owners are reviewed. Translation may be required depending on the documents.
Funds may be transferred from an Israeli bank account after prior approval of the file. The originating account, consistency of the payment and, where necessary, source of funds are reviewed.
The depositary’s certificate can be issued within 24 business hours after receipt of the funds when the file is complete.
After registration, the funds are released to the French company’s bank account.
